Our fees and policies are designed to be fair, reasonable, and reflective of the personalized, high-quality support we provide. Rooted in a Montessori-aligned, Science of Reading-informed approach, our programs are thoughtfully designed to help children build essential early literacy skills, including phonics, blending, decoding, and reading fluency.

Tutoring options and pricing
We offer flexible options to suit your family's needs! There are great benefits to our small-group pod structure.
Payment is required prior to the first scheduled session.
Sessions are 1 hour in length.

Refer a friend!
Receive 30 minutes of tutoring credit for each referred family that enrolls and books tutoring sessions (one credit per household).
Credits may be combined or put toward future sessions.
Learning Milestones
Students can earn "milestones" for completing sessions and working towards furthering their literacy growth!

Receive 15 minutes of tutoring credit
8 completed sessions
Receive 30 minutes of tutoring credit
12 completed sessions
Receive 1 full session of tutoring credit
Milestones are applied after sessions are completed and may be used toward future bookings.
Payment methods
We accept e-transfer or payments via our app (info to come). Payment for all sessions, including bundles, is required prior to the first scheduled session.
Important policies
| Policy | Details |

| Late cancellations / no-shows | Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours, or missed without notice, are not eligible for rescheduling or credit. |
| Illness | If your child is unwell, please notify us as soon as possible. We understand that illness happens and offer one rescheduled session per bundle with at least 4 hours’ notice. Additional flexibility may be considered when needed. |
| Bundle sessions | Bundled sessions are designed to support consistency and should be used within 12 weeks of purchase. This timeframe helps ensure steady progress and continuity in learning. |
| Refund policy | Refunds for unused sessions may be requested within 30 days of purchase, minus a 10% administrative fee. Sessions that have already been completed or have expired are not eligible for a refund. |
| Tutor cancellations | In the rare event that a session is cancelled by your tutor, it will be rescheduled at a convenient time or fully credited to your account. |
